Insurance Policy
Shipping insurance is offered on all purchased merchandise and is highly recommended to protect the buyer for lost shipments. Lost insured shipments are fully refundable in accordance with the refund policy.
In cases of lost items, the buyer should cantact me and furnish a signed letter or statement indicating the lost and the purchase value of the lost item(s). This information is needed to provide corroboration to the USPS as to the loss and the value of the loss. While seller wants all sales to be a pleasant experience for both parties, the USPS usually requires a period of time to allow for the lost item to be found and delivered. Once this time is reached a claim to the USPS can be made and a full refund of the purchase price, shipping and insurance can be made to the buyer.
